About the Role

As a Pick & Packer in a Dark Store (online-order only store), you will be responsible for quickly and accurately picking customer orders from inventory, packing them safely, and preparing them for delivery. This role ensures customers receive the right products, in the right condition, on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick items from shelves or storage based on online orders.

• Check product codes, expiry dates, and quantities for accuracy.

• Pack items securely to avoid damage during delivery.

• Label and prepare orders for dispatch.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the storage/picking area.

• Report low-stock or missing items to the supervisor.

• Follow health, safety, and hygiene guidelines.

Must-Have Skills

• ✅ Basic reading and writing skills (to read order lists/labels).

• ✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• ✅ Attention to detail and accuracy.

• ✅ Physical fitness (standing, walking, lifting light to medium weights).

• ✅ Teamwork and communication skills.

Good-to-Have (Preferred)

• Prior experience in warehouse, retail, or logistics.

• Basic knowledge of inventory systems or handheld scanners.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or evenings.
