Job Description – CASA Sales (Current & Savings Account) – IDFC First Bank
The role is all about hunting new customers for the bank’s CASA products. You’ll be out in the catchment area, spotting potential clients, chatting with them, and walking them through the benefits of opening a current or savings account. Once they’re on board, you’ll help them activate digital banking and keep the relationship strong by sharing regular feedback with the branch and senior sales manager. You’ll also need to stick to the bank’s sales SOPs and compliance guidelines, ensuring every acquisition is clean and high‑quality . ¹ ²
Key duties include:
- Lead generation and reference collection from the assigned area.
- Customer onboarding and activation on digital platforms.
- Quality checks on constitution, product mix, and segment fit.
- Supporting catchment mapping and branch scoping exercises.
- Providing market insights and opportunity feedback to seniors.
- Maintaining sales compliance and adhering to internal/external regulations.
