Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and systematic Inventory Manager to oversee stock across our entire 5-floor manufacturing & retail facility.

The person will manage fabric rolls, made-ups, accessories, trims, finished goods, showroom stock, and maintain all records using VasyERP.

This is a key operational role ensuring that stock movement is accurate, updated, and smooth throughout the building.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain real-time stock updates in VasyERP (inward, outward, consumption, transfers)

• Manage and organise basement storage racks, fabric rolls, cartons, and made-ups

• Coordinate stock movement between Basement → 3rd Floor Manufacturing → Ground Floor Dispatch

• Track daily material consumption (cutting, stitching, finishing)

• Maintain GRN, issue slips, and delivery challans

• Conduct weekly stock audits and reconcile discrepancies

• Coordinate with merchandiser for sample stock & fabric issuance

• Prepare inventory reports for management

• Manage dispatch area stock and help prepare shipments

• Ensure all materials are properly labelled and stored

• Follow up with vendors on incoming materials and maintain inward logs

• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation of warehouse zones

Required Skills

• 2–5 years experience in inventory management (textile industry preferred)

• Strong working knowledge of VasyERP or similar ERP software

• Ability to maintain structured records and reporting

• Basic Excel knowledge

• Strong organisational skills

• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments (cutting, stitching, admin, merchandiser)

• Understanding of fabric, trims, and garment materials is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 2 years in inventory/warehouse roles

• Experience in textile/fashion/garment manufacturing preferred
