Perform visual inspection of batteries for physical defects (damage, leakage, swelling, labeling errors).
Conduct electrical testing such as voltage, current, and capacity checks.
Ensure batteries pass air-checking and safety test procedures.
Identify and segregate defective or non-conforming batteries.
Maintain accurate records of inspection and testing results.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Coordinate with production and packing teams regarding quality issues.
Report major defects or recurring quality problems to the supervisor.
Ensure proper handling and storage of batteries to avoid damage.
