We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to join our dynamic team and contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of our inventory systems.

Role Summary:

The Inventory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire inventory lifecycle—receiving, tracking, transferring, and managing stock across all retail outlets and warehouses. This role ensures that inventory levels are optimized and aligns with sales, procurement, and logistics functions to prevent stock-outs or overstock situations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day inventory operations across stores, warehouses, and online platforms.

Monitor stock levels and ensure accuracy between physical stock and system records (ERP).

Develop and implement inventory control procedures to prevent loss, pilferage, and wastage.

Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and store teams to ensure smooth stock flow.

Plan and execute periodic stock audits and cycle counts.

Analyze inventory trends and generate reports for demand forecasting and replenishment planning.

Maintain optimal stock levels based on sales trends and seasonal requirements.

Coordinate inter-store and warehouse stock transfers and returns.

Oversee barcode generation, tagging, and product coding processes.

Work closely with the merchandising team to track new product arrivals and slow-moving stock.

Implement and manage inventory management software and systems (e.g., POS, ERP).

Ensure compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.

4–6 years of experience in inventory or warehouse management, preferably in fashion retail or FMCG.

Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software (ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Zoho, etc.).

Experience handling both offline and e-commerce inventory flows.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
