Job Summary:

The Account & Finance Manager will oversee financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support strategic financial planning. This role is crucial for maintaining financial integrity and providing insights that drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

  • Manage cash flow, ensuring adequate funds for operations.

• Accounting Oversight:

  • Supervise the accounting team in daily operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.

  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Reporting:

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

• Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior management to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis.

• Audit and Compliance:

  • Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.

  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets.

• Team Leadership:

  • Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Manage team performance through regular feedback and evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.

• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• Salary Package  : 4,20LPA to 4,80LPA

• Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
