Floor Manager

We are looking for a FLOOR SUPERVISOR to join our team at VOLVO & EICHER-COMMERCIAL . This role involves supervise day to day floor operations for assembly or manufacturing lines.

1 Ensure production targets are met as per daily /weekly schedules.

2 Monitor manpower deployment and machines utilization effectively .

3 team management - Lead and manage a team of operators ,technician ,and helpers

4 Allocate tasks ,monitor performance and provide on the job training.

5 Motivate the team to maintain discipline , efficiency .

6 process improvement

7 reporting and documentation
