Job Overview:

CityMall is hiring reliable and motivated Delivery Executives to deliver grocery orders to customers across Delhi NCR. This is an on-ground, field-based role that requires local travel and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up grocery packages from the designated CityMall warehouse.

Deliver orders safely and on time to customers’ doorsteps.

Handle packages carefully, especially those with higher weight.

Maintain communication with dispatch team for updates or re-routes.

Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and polite behavior.

Payout Structure:

Option 1: Variable Pay (Per Delivery Basis)

₹25 per package (base rate).

₹28 per package if you complete 150+ deliveries in a week.

Weight-Based Incentives:

Additional ₹15 for packages above 15 kg.

Additional ₹40 for packages above 25 kg.

Option 2: Fixed Salary Model

₹19,000 per month (in-hand salary).

₹3,000 monthly fuel allowance.

Choose the structure that best fits your working style and availability.

Eligibility Criteria:

Age: 18–45 years

Must have a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler

Basic smartphone knowledge (Android-based)

Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy packages (up to 25+ kg occasionally)

Prior delivery experience is a plus but not mandatory
