HVAC Technician

• Perform installation, commissioning, and testing of chillers (centrifugal, screw, scroll, absorption, etc.).

• Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC & chiller systems.

• Diagnose technical issues, carry out troubleshooting, and execute repairs on compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, electrical panels, and control systems.

• Monitor chiller performance parameters and ensure compliance with OEM specifications.

• Handle refrigerant recovery, charging, and leak testing as per safety norms.

• Maintain service logs, reports, and documentation of work performed.

• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.

• Provide technical support and training to junior technicians when required.

• Coordinate with clients for service scheduling and address breakdown calls effectively.
  Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and industrial/commercial chillers.

• Hands-on expertise in electrical controls, PLC, and automation systems.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, P&ID, and wiring diagrams.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and customer service orientation.
