We are looking for a qualified and experienced Staff Nurse – ICU to provide high-quality patient care in the Intensive Care Unit. The candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, ability to handle critical patients, and work effectively with the medical team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU as per hospital protocols.
Monitor vital signs, ventilators, and other critical care equipment.
Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed by doctors.
Maintain accurate patient records and nursing documentation.
Assist doctors during emergency procedures and patient management.
Ensure infection control practices and patient safety standards.
Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, and their attendants.
Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of ICU equipment.
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: GNM / B.Sc Nursing
Experience: Minimum 3+ years experience in ICU
Registration: Valid State Nursing Council Registration
Strong knowledge of ICU protocols and patient monitoring systems.
Skills Required:
Critical care nursing skills
Patient monitoring and assessment
Emergency response capability
Good communication and teamwork
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Salary: As per industry standards / based on experience
