Key Responsibilities:
Own and deliver clinic revenue and profitability targets.
Drive sales through consultations, upselling, and cross-selling.
Lead teams comprising Slimming Heads, Beauty Heads, Counselors, and support staff.
Ensure operational excellence – service standards, hygiene, and compliance.
Resolve client escalations and ensure high NPS & customer retention.
Build local BTL activations & tie-ups for footfall generation.
Provide timely MIS and reports to Regional/Zonal leadership.
Candidate Profile:
Graduate / MBA preferred.
Strong sales and business acumen with proven ability to drive revenue.
Excellent team leadership and people management skills.
Strong client orientation with a customer-first approach.
Comfortable with target-driven, fast-paced environments.
