Job Title: Sales Executive – Digital Marketing Services

Key Responsibilities
Drive client acquisition and revenue growth for a digital marketing agency through outbound calling and prospecting (Indian & International markets).
Generate, qualify, and close leads for Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), SEO, and Branding services.
Clearly explain digital marketing strategies, campaign objectives, and expected outcomes to potential clients.
Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → pitch → negotiation → closure.
Work in flexible shifts, covering both domestic and international time zones.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in HubSpot CRM.
Coordinate with performance marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through structured follow-ups.
Required Skills & Experience
2–3+ years of proven sales experience in a Digital Marketing Agency only.
Hands-on experience in client acquisition and lead generation for marketing services.
Strong working knowledge of:
Google Ads
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
SEO
Branding & digital marketing solutions
Excellent experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and deal closure.
Ability to confidently present marketing solutions to business owners and decision-makers.
Comfortable working with targets and performance-based metrics.
Familiar with HubSpot CRM, MS Office, Zoom / Google Meet.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
