Job Title: Kitchen Helper / Kitchen Assistant.Summary: Support the culinary team by ensuring a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment.Core Duty 1 (Sanitation): Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, utensils, pots, and cooking equipment.Core Duty 2 (Prep): Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks (washing, peeling, chopping ingredients) and portioning.Core Duty 3 (Organization): Receive and put away deliveries; manage stock rotation (FIFO) in dry storage and cold rooms.Maintenance -Cleaning kitchen Compliance: Strictly adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations and standards.Teamwork: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
