• Responsible for capturing high-quality video content across multiple client locations (salon, spa, gym, events). Focused on shooting reels, BTS, testimonials, and trending content coverage.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture Reels, BTS, Testimonials, Service Demos, Events as per content plan.

• Shoot indoor & outdoor visuals with proper lighting & angles.

• Cover client interactions, transformations, and trending video ideas.

• Ensure clear framing, composition, and steady shots using gimbals/tripods.

• Stay updated with Instagram Reels trends & transitions to capture relevant footage.

• Coordinate with the marketing team, stylists, trainers, and staff during shoots.

• Travel to various client locations (as per schedule).

Skills & Qualities to Look ForTechnical Skills

• Strong knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras.

Creative Skills

• Ability to capture scroll-stopping shots for Instagram Reels/YouTube Shorts.

• Knowledge of trending formats, transitions, and sequences.

• Quick adaptability in live environments (salon services, spa ambience, gym workouts, etc.).

Professional Skills

• Must own personal camera & videography tools.

• Time management – ability to cover multiple shoots in a day.

• Good communication & coordination with team and clients.

• Flexibility to travel across locations when required.

• Skilled in camera angles, lighting, and framing.

• Hands-on with gimbals, stabilizers, tripods, and basic audio equipment.

• Good sense of storytelling through raw footage (what to capture for engaging content).
