Position: Tele Sales Executive

We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales or lead generation of financial products such as unsecured business loans, mortgage loans, or related services.
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain SolveDet’s financial solutions.
Generate qualified leads and schedule follow-up calls or appointments.
Understand customer needs and provide appropriate loan or debt-related solutions.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Experience in tele sales / lead generation for financial products (business loans, LAP, etc.).
Good communication and persuasion skills in English and Hindi.
Ability to understand customer profiles and offer suitable financial products.
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
