Location: Andheri East (Close to station)

Pay: Upto 4LPA

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Qualification & Quotation

Evaluate and qualify inbound inquiries.

Prepare and share quotations and proforma invoices with potential customers.

2. Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential customers through market research and networking.

Reach out to prospective clients via calls, emails, and other communication channels.

3. Sales Conversion

Drive sales by converting leads into customers.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

4. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers.

Address customer queries promptly and ensure effective resolution.

5. Coordination

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and generate leads.

Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products/services.

6. Reporting & Analysis

Maintain accurate records of calls, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM software.

Provide regular reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

Requirements:

Background from Pharma, Bio, Life Science, Chemical stream.
