Role Summary
Responsible for generating and qualifying B2B leads from OEM and industrial customers
through research, outbound outreach, and digital platforms, and handing overqualified leads to the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate leads from OEM and industrial customers.
• Research target companies and key decision-makers.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and website
inquiries.
• Qualify prospects and coordinate with the sales team for closure.
• Maintain lead database and follow-up tracking.
Requirements
• 0–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation / inside sales.
• Exposure to manufacturing / industrial / OEM segment preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach.
