We are looking for a high-energy, target-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our B2C motor insurance team. In this role, you will make outbound calls to potential and existing customers, guide them through policy features, and convert leads into sales to achieve monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Sales: Make outbound calls to warm leads and existing customers to promote and sell comprehensive motor insurance policies.
Product Consultation: Clearly explain policy features, coverage benefits (e.g., zero depreciation, third-party vs. comprehensive), premium details, and add-on covers.
Lead Conversion: Persistently follow up on potential leads and inquiries to successfully close sales and meet monthly revenue targets.
Renewals Management: Track expiring policies and proactively connect with existing customers to ensure timely policy renewals.
CRM & Documentation: Maintain accurate customer data, update call dispositions in the CRM system, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth policy issuance.
Relationship Building: Address customer queries effectively to build long-term trust, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
