Key Responsibilities:
Engage with farmers, dealers, and retailers to understand their concerns
Recommend appropriate products based on crop lifecycle and customer needs
Generate and convert leads by effectively communicating the value of company products
Build and maintain long-term relationships, turning existing clients into key accounts
Maintain accurate and updated customer data in CRM systems
Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally
Required Skills:
We're looking for passionate BSc/MSc/MBA (Agriculture) graduates to:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good negotiation and persuasion abilities
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and in teams
Fast learner, adaptable to Agri-sales and rural market conditions
Proficiency in Hindi or English (mandatory)
