About the Role

Digikaar Solutions is hiring a full-time Graphic Designer to lead branding and creative design for client projects. This role is ideal for a designer who understands brand systems, delivers high-quality visuals, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end brand identity design (logo, color systems, typography, brand guidelines)
Design packaging and label creatives aligned with brand positioning
Create social media creatives and performance ad designs
Deliver clean, modern, agency-quality visual outputs
Handle revisions efficiently while maintaining design quality
Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for final deliverables
Manage multiple projects simultaneously with consistent execution and timelines

Requirements

Strong, versatile portfolio showcasing branding, social media creatives, digital campaigns, print design, and motion-led visuals
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma
Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, visual hierarchy, and brand identity systems
Ability to translate abstract ideas into meaningful visual stories
Familiarity with AI-based design tools (Google tools preferred)
Strong communication skills to discuss creative directions and collaborate with teams
Ability to support or guide junior designers when required
Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with tight deadlines and evolving briefs
