Zepto delivery partners (also known as Delivery Executives or Delivery Boys) are responsible for picking up grocery orders from "dark stores" and delivering them to customers within a 3km radius.

Job Description & Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment: Pickup grocery orders from the assigned Zepto hub or dark store.
Timely Delivery: Deliver items safely to the customer's doorstep within assigned timelines using the Zepto app for navigation.
Package Handling: Handle all packages carefully to avoid damage.
Customer Interaction: Maintain professional behavior and handle payments/receipts when required.
Compliance: Follow all traffic laws and safety rules during transit.

Salary & Earnings (Per Month)

Earnings are typically structured as a Fixed + Incentives model. While base pay varies by city, total monthly potential can range significantly based on performance:

Average Earnings: Typically between ₹25,000 to ₹43,000.
