Telesales

We are looking for energetic and confident telesales executives (freshers) to join our sales team. You will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining our products (weighing scales, billing machines, money counters, POS systems, printers, sealing machines), and converting them into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers daily.

• Introduce and explain company products clearly and convincingly.

• Handle customer questions and objections politely.

• Maintain follow-up calls and WhatsApp messages for lead conversion.

• Update call records and customer details regularly.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

• Share offers, promotions, and company updates with customers.

Skills Required:

• Good communication in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, Hindi (basic English preferred).

• Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking style.

• Patience and good listening skills.

• Basic product knowledge (training provided).

• Ability to use WhatsApp and phone for sales communication.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.

• Freshers can apply (training will be given).
