Job Description

We are looking for a Facility Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing day-to-day facility operations, coordinating services, and ensuring a safe, clean, and well-managed environment for residents. The position offers a salary of ₹18,000 – ₹20,000, along with career growth opportunities in a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise housekeeping and security staff to ensure smooth facility operations.

  • Coordinate with the association team and residents to address and resolve complaints promptly.

  • Handle basic computer work, including maintaining records, emails, and simple reports.

  • Manage petty cash, track expenses, and maintain accurate records.

  • Ensure proper upkeep of common areas and adherence to safety standards.

  • Act as a point of contact between residents, vendors, and the management committee.

  • 1 – 5 years of experience in facility or property management

  • Basic computer knowledge
