🕒 Shift Timing: 9-Hour Rotational Shifts
(Operations run from 7:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight)
📆 Week Off: Rotational

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

• Collect leads and create tickets in CRM from various sources

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to assist patient parties

• Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed bookings and revenue

• Respond to test price inquiries, slot availability, and appointment bookings

• Accurately verify patient and test information for billing and registration

• Assign collection staff and ensure completion through follow-ups

• Address patient concerns with empathy and professionalism

• Maintain records of calls, interactions, and transactions

• Collaborate as a team and manage the duty roster

• Achieve monthly revenue targets

• Assist with administrative and billing-related tasks

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Prior experience in tele sales, customer support, or healthcare industry preferred

• Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment

• Knowledge of medical terms or diagnostic services is a plus

• Comfortable working in rotational shifts(Operations run from 7:00 AM to 12:00 Midnight)
