Telesales Executive

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to join our team VaiAsh Tech Pvt Ltd. The role involves updating accurate data in databases, spreadsheets, and systems as required. With a collaborative environment and growth opportunities, the position offers a salary of 10,000- 25,000+ Incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products/services.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

• Maintain a high level of knowledge about the company's products and services.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

• Maintain and update customer databases.

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th, Graduate, Post Graduate and Experience Range 1- 5 Years. Candidates must have attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
