Visa Counsellor

We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Visa Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the visa application process for countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and others. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of international education systems and visa regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate guidance to students regarding visa procedures, documentation, and interview processes.

• Counsel students on visa options based on their profiles and study destinations.

• Assist in preparing and reviewing student visa applications and supporting documents.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules and immigration laws for different countries.

• Liaise with students, parents, and embassy officials as required.

• Track visa application status and follow up with relevant authorities or agencies.

• Conduct mock visa interviews and ensure students are well-prepared.

• Maintain student records and report daily progress to the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in education, counselling, or related).

• Minimum 0–2 years of experience in visa counselling or international education.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of student visa procedures for countries like Canada, Australia, UK, USA, etc.

• Ability to handle multiple cases and meet deadlines.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
