We are looking for a Telesales Executive / Sales Executive / Voice Process Executive to join our team at Arcis. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers ₹18,000 - ₹24,000 and opportunities for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
• Handle inbound customer queries in a professional manner
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information
• Follow up with interested prospects to close sales
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Required Skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills

Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is 10th Pass and Above and 6 months and above of experience in Telesales. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to 6 days working during the Day shift.
