Key Responsibilities:
Product Inspection: Check food items for quality, removing any damaged, expired, or defective products before packaging.
Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and troubleshoot basic food-packaging machinery (including primary, secondary, and tertiary packing).
Sorting & Weighing: Ensure correct portioning and weigh packages to meet strict production quotas.
Labeling: Accurately affix labels with product ingredients, nutritional information, weight, and batch codes.
Sanitation & Hygiene: Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Sterilize work areas, wash hands, and maintain protective gear to prevent contamination.
Inventory & Documentation: Log packed quantities and keep complete records for traceability and shipping.
