Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and proactive Sales & Business Development Associates to drive on-ground adoption of MatBook across contractors, residential societies, retailers, and construction professionals. This is a field-intensive role requiring strong communication skills, market understanding, and a sales-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads and build customer pipelines in construction and renovation markets

Engage with residential societies, RWAs, and facility management teams

Execute on-ground marketing campaigns, awareness drives, and referral initiatives

Onboard and manage retail partners, distributors, and supply-side stakeholders

Build relationships with architects, interior designers, and project consultants

Identify ongoing and upcoming construction projects and opportunities

Drive customer onboarding and ensure smooth adoption process

Maintain daily activity reports and market feedback records

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable with field sales and on-ground work

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Local market knowledge will be an advantage

Own vehicle preferred
