INSURANCE TEAM LEADER {Health Insurance}: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Team Leader to oversee a team of insurance agents/advisors, ensuring they meet sales targets and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, leadership skills, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Team Management & Leadership  Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of insurance agents.  Set clear goals and monitor team performance.  Provide coaching, training, and support to improve individual and team performance.  Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
✅ Sales & Business Development  Drive sales targets and ensure the team achieves revenue and productivity goals.  Develop sales strategies and assist team members in closing deals.  Identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships.  Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies.
✅ Customer Service & Relationship Management  Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.  Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints effectively.  Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
✅ Compliance & Reporting  Ensure the team adheres to company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.  Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and team performance.  Generate reports on sales progress, targets, and overall team performance.
