Telecalling Executive

Cold calling for sales from online enquiries from potential customers through advertisements /references, online market, social media, digital, ATL, BTL, marketing to generate lead.

Responsible to answer the online calls, explain technical products or service’s information to customers, answer Customer’s questions about products or Services, prices, prepare quotations and follow up customers and online closure. Business Development through generated and prescribed database. Identify Customer's needs, convincing the customer to buy the Product or Service

Contacting and following up with new & existing customers, Identify and escalate issues to supervisors, resolve customer complaints, setting up new business opportunities. Follow up with customers for regular orders, place customer orders in the system.

Gain comprehensive Product/Service knowledge and clarify Information whenever Required

Preferably from Media, credit cards, insurance, banking etc
