Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Beautician to join our team at The Beauty Lounge Salon And Spa - Right Bhusari Colony, Kothrud to provide beauty treatments, such as hairstyling/ makeup/ facials/ hair removal/ manicures/pedicures. The responsibility also includes recommending suitable skin therapies and managing client appointments. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹7,000 - ₹13,000 and career growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome customers upon arrival and assist with bookings.
Perform hair removal (waxing, laser)/hairstyling.
Follow client’s preference and recommend hairstyles, nail colors, and skincare routines.
Maintain client records and manage inventory.
Promote relevant beauty products and services.
Make sure the working area is clean and equipment is sterilized at all times.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 1 years of experience. Familiarity with skin care therapies like moisturizing, exfoliating, peeling etc., and knowledge of hair removal techniques is a must. In this role, you will ensure that the clients receive high-quality personalized cosmetic services. A degree in Beauty Therapy, Cosmetology or a relevant field is a plus.
