Position Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Executive responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be confident in sales pitching, client handling, and closing deals within a competitive creative agency environment.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Lead Generation
● Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold outreach, and prospecting.
● Develop a strong pipeline of potential clients across industries.
● Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
Client Relationship Management
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
● Understand client requirements and propose suitable WDSoft services and solutions.
● Ensure high client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Sales & Revenue Growth
● Pitch company services to potential customers and convert leads into business.
●Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
● Negotiate pricing, finalize contracts, and close agreements.
● Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Internal Coordination
● Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, creative, and client servicing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project initiation.
●Provide clear client briefs to internal teams after deal closure.
● Support marketing initiatives, events, and campaigns to generate leads.
Required Skills & Competencies
● Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
● Good understanding of branding, advertising, digital marketing, or web services (agency experience preferred).
● Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional client relationships.
● Target-driven mindset with strong persuasion skills.
● Self-motivated, proactive, and organized approach to sales.
Educational Qualification
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
● MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales preferred but not mandatory.
Experience Requirements
● 2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
Experience in creative agency, digital marketing, IT services, or advertising industry preferred.
