Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales of our stock market courses. The ideal candidate should have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and an understanding or interest in financial markets.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new leads through various online and offline channels.
• Call and follow up with leads to convert them into enrolled students.
• Explain course features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the stock market courses to effectively address client queries.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales in the CRM.
• Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and customer insights.
• Participate in webinars, workshops, and live sessions to support sales initiatives when required.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in EdTech, finance, or stock market domains.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Basic knowledge of stock markets is a plus (training will be provided).
• Familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
