Job Description :
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales & Marketing Executive to promote our products/services, generate leads, and drive sales growth through direct field activities.
Key Responsibilities :
•Visit potential customers/clients in assigned areas
•Promote company products/services through field marketing
•Generate new leads and convert them into sales
•Build and maintain strong customer relationships
•Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
•Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
•Report sales activities and feedback to the management
•Coordinate with the internal team for smooth execution
Requirements :
•Graduate or equivalent qualification
•Experience in field sales/marketing preferred (freshers can apply)
•Good communication and negotiation skills
•Ability to work independently and meet targets
•Willingness to travel extensively for field work
