Telecalling Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls for our tourism packages. The company will provide qualified leads; your job is to engage customers, explain travel packages, and convert inquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to/from potential customers.

• Explain domestic and international tourism packages in a clear and attractive way.

• Follow up on leads provided by the company and maintain regular communication.

• Understand customer travel needs and offer suitable packages.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.

• Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and bookings in the system.

Requirements

• Good communication skills in Hindi, Gujarati & English.

• Pleasant personality and customer service attitude.

• Experience in telecalling or tourism sales preferred (Freshers can apply).

• Basic computer knowledge.

• It is a Full Time Telesales / Telemarketing job for candidates with 0 - 4 years of experience.
