Job Description

Understand customer need and handle their queries
Close sales and achieve quarterly targets
Generate leads and make calls to potential customers
Manage time to handle multiple calls

Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.

Explain the features and benefits of SIM card plans (prepaid/postpaid).

Identify customer needs and offer the right mobile plan.

Maintain records of calls and customer interactions in CRM tools.

Follow up with interested leads and close the sale over the phone.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Provide excellent customer service and handle objections effectively.
