Position details

·         Designation: Telecaller – Health & Motor Insurance

·         Department: Sales / Business Development

·         Location: Delhi

·         Reporting to: Sales Manager / Branch Manager[3][4]

Key responsibilities

·         Make outbound calls to new and existing customers for Health and Motor Insurance (fresh, renewal and cross-sell).

·          Explain policy features, benefits, premium, eligibility, and claim process in simple language (Health & Motor).

·         Understand customer need (family size, age, vehicle type, IDV, NCB, budget) and recommend suitable plans

·         Share quotations on WhatsApp/email and do systematic follow-up until closure or clear status.]

·         Handle inbound calls/leads from campaigns, portals, and references and convert them into sales

·         Update all calls, leads, quotations and policy status in CRM/Excel on daily basis.

·         Process proposal forms, documents and coordinate with operations team for policy issuance and renewals.

·         Achieve daily calling targets, monthly sales targets and renewal targets as given by management.

·         Maintain high standard of customer service and handle basic complaints or doubts politely.

Required skills & qualifications

·         Education: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream). Insurance/sales experience preferred but not compulsory.

·         Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling / telesales / insurance / bank / BPO (freshers with good communication can also apply Communication: Good Hindi and basic English; regional language will be an added advantage

·         Basic product idea of Health & Motor Insurance or willingness to learn quickly.

·         Comfortable with target-based job and handling rejection on calls.

·         Basic computer knowledge – WhatsApp Web, email, Excel/Google Sheets, CRM/calling tools.

Salary and incentives

·         Fixed salary: As per market / experience.

·         Incentives: Attractive performance-based incentives on premium, number of policies, and renewals.[8][10]

·         Benefits: On-the-job product training and opportunity to grow into Team Leader / Sales Officer role.

Working hours

·         Working days: Monday to Saturday

·         Timings 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
