Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Insurance Telesales Officer, located in Hyderabad. The Telesales Officer will be responsible for reaching out to potential and current clients to sell financial services over the phone. Daily tasks include making outbound calls, following up on leads, explaining financial products, addressing client inquiries, maintaining client records, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, Insurance telesales, or telemarketing

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to explain and promote financial products effectively

• Proficiency in CRM software and maintaining client records

• Goal-oriented and able to meet sales targets

• Organizational skills and attention to detail

• 12 th or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field

• Knowledge of Insurance products and markets .
