Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Air Conditioning (AC) Technician to join our technical services team, S24x7 Private Limited. You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of cooling systems like Split ACs, Window ACs, Cassette ACs, and Centralized HVAC/VRV/VRF. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) services and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.

Job Responsibilities :

Installation & Commissioning: Perform professional installation of Window, Split, Cassette AC units, including copper piping, insulation, and electrical wiring.
Maintenance: Execute periodic preventive maintenance (PM) and "wet services" to ensure optimal system efficiency and longevity.
Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical faults, including compressor failures, PCB issues, motor malfunctions, and gas leakages.
System Charging: Conduct vacuuming, nitrogen testing, and precise refrigerant gas charging (R22, R32, R410A).
Reporting: Maintain accurate daily work reports, material consumption logs, and site visit summaries via digital tools or manual registers.

Job Requirements:

Education: Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) or a related mechanical field.
Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AC repair and maintenance. Must be willing to travel to different sites as per the daily schedule, and should have a bike and a driving license.
Soft Skills: Good communication skills for interacting with clients and site supervisors, and should know Telugu, Hindi and English.
