Telecaller

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. As a telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential or existing customers to generate leads, close sales, or provide customer support. You will play a key role in enhancing our customer base and building positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products/services.

• Answer incoming calls from customers to resolve inquiries or provide support.

• Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

• Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.

• Follow up on previous interactions with potential clients.

• Provide accurate information about the company’s products or service.

• Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.

• Prepare and submit call reports and performance analysis to supervisors.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 10th/12th pass or graduate in any discipline.

• Experience: 0-6 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service (Freshers can apply).

• Language Proficiency: Hindi,marathi,or any regional language as required.

• Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated.

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Number of calls made per day.

• Conversion rate (calls to leads/sales).

• Customer satisfaction score.

• Call handling time and quality.
