Job Description

We are looking for a Tele callers to join our team Freedom Visa's Solutions. The role is to make inbound calls to potentials clients to promote immigration services, providing information on visa's and process and scheduling appointments for counsellors.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain immigration services like study, tourist.
Handle inbound calls to answer client questions, provide information on procedures and resolve concerns.
Follow up on Leads and generate sales opportunities.
Stay up to date on immigration policies, visa procedures.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 12th
