Job Summary
As a Telecaller at Global Refinement Solutions, you will engage with prospective and existing clients over the phone to provide information about the company’s services, generate and qualify leads, support client inquiries, and help with basic service guidance — all while working toward daily calling and target goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential or existing clients to share information about services.
Handle inbound calls from clients and respond to basic queries professionally.
Maintain accurate records of calls, feedback, and client details in the system.
Generate leads, follow up with inquiries, and support the sales/consulting team as required.
Achieve daily and weekly call targets and contribute to overall team objectives.
Offer courteous and positive interactions to ensure good client satisfaction.
Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Minimum 10th / 12th pass (higher education preferred).
Communication: Good verbal skills in Hindi, Punjabi (and English where required).
Personal Traits: Friendly, patient, able to handle high call volumes, and comfortable with targets.
ExperienceFresher or candidates with some telecalling/ client support experience are welcome.
