Key Responsibilities
Telecalling & Lead Management
Make outbound calls to prospective clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
Generate leads, follow up with interested clients, and schedule appointments for senior counselors/consultants.
Maintain accurate calling reports, client follow-ups, and update client information in the CRM/system.
Counseling & Conversion
Explain company services related to immigration, visas, or overseas programs.
Counsel clients based on their profiles, interests, and requirements.
Assist clients in understanding options and help convert leads into successful enrollments.
Customer Care & Targets
Provide professional and courteous customer service in calls and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly calling and conversion targets set by the organization.
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
Communication: Good verbal communication in English, Hindi & Punjabi (or relevant regional languages).
Counseling Skills: Ability to convince, advise, and counsel clients effectively.
Computer Skills: Basic computer knowledge (MS Office; CRM experience is a plus).
Attitude: Positive, target-oriented mindset with a professional approach.
