Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote loan products (Personal Loan / Business Loan / Home Loan / Vehicle Loan etc.).

• Handle inbound inquiries and explain loan features, eligibility, and documentation requirements.

• Generate and maintain leads, follow up with potential customers, and convert them into successful loan applications.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems regularly.

• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

• Provide excellent customer service and handle client queries or concerns professionally.

  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th Pass and 0.5 - 1 years of experience. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and Ability to handle pressure and meet sales targets.
