The Client Support Executive will handle US inbound and outbound voice calls, interact with international clients, understand their requirements, and support lead qualification and conversion for a US-based taxation and financial services client.
Handle inbound and outbound calls with US clients
Identify and qualify client requirements
Build strong client relationships through effective communication
Follow call handling procedures, scripts, and compliance guidelines
Maintain accurate call records and client information
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Meet quality, productivity, and conversion targets
Fresher or 0–2 years of experience in voice / customer support
Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
Good listening and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in night shifts
