Follow up on inquiries received through email, website, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
Identify potential customers in research, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
Explain product features, applications, and pricing (training will be provided).
Maintain professional communication and build rapport with customers.
Handle customer questions and direct technical queries to the appropriate team.
Schedule appointments and demos for the field sales team.
Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and basic product information.
Coordinate with internal departments for order status, delivery, and service requests.
Maintain accurate call logs, lead records, and follow-up information.
Update CRM software with customer interactions and progress.
Submit daily/weekly reports on calls, leads, and conversions.
Highlight potential business opportunities and customer feedback.
Education: Graduate
Experience: 0–3 years in telecalling/inside sales; experience in industrial or laboratory equipment sales is a plus.
Skills:
Strong communication and telephone etiquette
Good persuasion and negotiation skills
Basic understanding of scientific/lab equipment (training provided)
Ability to handle follow-ups and maintain CRM records
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
