Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at
Speedioo. The primary responsibility of this role is to connect with leads via calls and convert
them into sales. This is a performance-driven role focused purely on sales conversions, with
no involvement in customer service or support tasks.
We prefer candidates who have prior experience in industries such as Real Estate,
Insurance, E-commerce, Telecom, or Automobile.
Key Responsibilities
● Contact potential customers from provided leads and effectively pitch Speedioo’s
offerings.
● Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions to close sales.
● Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead engagement.
● Maintain accurate records of calls and conversions in the CRM system.
● Follow up with prospective customers to nurture and close leads.
● Continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Qualifications & Skills
● Minimum 1 year of proven telesales experience (mandatory).
● Strong communication and persuasion skills with a confident and professional
approach.
● Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and goal-oriented.
● Basic proficiency in using CRM tools.
● Languages Required: Kannada, Hindi, and English
