Key Responsibilities
1. Welcome Calls to Newly Onboarded & Exit ATM Partners
Conduct welcome calls for newly onboarded ATM partners and exit calls for partners leaving the network.
Provide a clear overview of product features, service guidelines, and partnership expectations.
Collect feedback from partners to identify service gaps and improvement areas.
2. Customer Feedback Collection (Loyalty Registered Customers)
Call loyaltyregistered customers to collect feedback using predefined questionnaires.
Capture accurate feedback related to ATM usage experience and service quality.
Identify issues or concerns raised by customers and escalate them to the relevant team.
Analyse reasons for low footfall and provide actionable insights to the India1 team to improve customer
engagement and usage.
3. Sales of ThirdParty Products (GI & LI)
Proactively introduce and promote General Insurance (GI) and Life Insurance (LI) products to ATM partners.
Explain product benefits clearly and encourage adoption to drive sales.
Maintain consistent follow-ups to maximize product penetration.
