Sales Telecaller

We’re Hiring: Telecaller (Healthcare Industry)

Location: Ahmedabad
Salary Range: ₹2.5 – ₹3 LPA
Languages Required:

• Option 1: English + Hindi

• Option 2: English + Tamil / Telugu

About the Role

We’re looking for an energetic and articulate Telecaller to join our healthcare team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, providing information about our stem cell banking services, and supporting the sales team by generating and nurturing leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients (expecting parents, hospitals, clinics).

• Explain product details and benefits in a clear, professional manner.

• Generate leads and share qualified prospects with the counsellor or field team.

• Maintain call records, update client databases, and follow up on inquiries.

• Coordinate with the sales and customer service teams for smooth communication flow.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate (freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience can apply).

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi or a regional language (Tamil/Telugu).

• Good phone etiquette and convincing ability.

• Prior experience in telesales, healthcare, or customer support is an added advantage.
